of this bespoke nature, we maintain a strict but fair refund and exchange
policy.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:
1 Change of mind
2 Personal preference after delivery
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare case you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- You
must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - Provide
clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error. - Once
verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same item.
Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for any
resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) before approval for refund or exchange.
